A wide range of our own wines is made out of indigenous Brda Rebula and common French sorts. We mainly produce fresh white wines. We can offer you the indgenous Brda Rebula, Green Sauvignon , Ponot Gris, Chradonnay and Malvasia, Pinot Noir and Merlot as red wines.

PINOT NOIR

The Pinot Noir grapes are small and its berries have dark purple color with thick skin.

Wine from these clusters is normally a reuby red color. It has a high degree of alcohol, usually about 12%.

This wine will go perfect with the savory cheese, poultry, and also with mushrooms.

 

MERLOT

Deep ruby coloured wine. Rich, intense and rather lasting aroma of ripe and dry fruit, blackberries, sour cherries, dry plums and figs along with vanilla and cloves. It leaves fresh taste, rather tannic and delocious. The wine is harmonious and ready for further development.

 

GREEN SAUVIGNON

Green Dauvignon Blanc is another name for the local wine vairety from Goriška Brda, Tocai Friulano. Typically, it is a very fresh wine which fits very nice with appetizers.

Odor reminiscent of fresh apples or flowers. The wine has a very good quality and has a high level of alcohol.

 

REBULA

The white wine made from the Ribolla grape is typically a deep colored, light bodied wine with high acidity and floral notes. The wine can produce a more New World style with some oak aging. As the wine ages it can develop some nutty flavors.

 

SPARKLING ROSALIA

Rosalia is a premium sparkling wine of very pleasant fresh fruit taste, well structured, pleasing and harmoniously clean.

Its smell is very intense, fruity, with a touch of golden apples and lemons. Floral notes of gastronomy and acacia are dominant.

It is excellent as an aperitif and throughout the meal, especially suitable for important occasions.

 

CHARDONNAY

Chardonnay is a premium wine, very enjoyable and full of taste.

Its aroma is reminiscent of pineapple, peach and apple.

Chardonnay is a perfect pair with fish disches and lamb.
