Saunas
Infrared Sauna
The sauna is equipped with IR heaters that emit infrared energy. IR energy heats your body directly without heating the air around you. For this reason, this type of sauna is also suitable for people who cannot tolerate the heat in classic saunas.
Positive effects of the infrared sauna:
- IR heat relaxes muscles and effectively removes tension in the body;
- It accelerates the elimination of toxins and ensures detoxification of the body;
- Stimulates circulation and blood flow, and accelerates muscle regeneration;
- Reduces pain in muscles and joints;
- It has a positive effect on skin cleansing;
- It has an anti-cellulite effect;
- Helps burn calories and lose extra pounds;
- Accelerates rehabilitation after injuries;
- It has an anti-stress and relaxing effect on the body.
An infrared sauna certainly has enough positive effects for which your body will be grateful. On the other hand, if you only think of sauna as relaxation, an IR sauna might be an option.
Air temperature: 40-60°C
Humidity: up to 45%
Sauna time: up to 30 minutes
BIO Herbal Sauna
The bio herbal sauna is a derivative of the Finnish sauna with a lower temperature and higher humidity. With added higher humidity, it combines the positive properties of Finnish and steam saunas. Due to the lower temperature, it is ideal for those who do not tolerate high temperatures well.
The bio sauna is an excellent prevention against flu and colds, relaxes the muscles and the body, eliminates stress, cleans the pores, and strengthens the skin. The aroma of herbs is added to it, which complements the positive effect on the nervous and muscular system, as well as the respiratory system.
Air temperature: 55-65°C
Humidity: 35 to 60%
Sauna time: 15 – 30 minutes
Finnish Sauna
The Finnish sauna is the oldest form of sauna. It is suitable for heat lovers, as the temperature in it reaches up to 100°C with relatively low humidity. With such a heated atmosphere, we trigger a defense response in the body, similar to a fever, with which the body defends itself against various infections. The Finnish sauna strengthens the immune system, stimulates circulation and blood flow, accelerates sweating and the elimination of toxins from the body. (After the sauna, we are relaxed, strengthened and ready for a new day.)
Air temperature: 90-100°C
Humidity: 10 to 30%
Sauna time: up to 15 minutes

ADVICE FOR PROPER SAUNA
- Remove all clothing, jewelry and make-up. For hygiene reasons, bathing suits and shoes are not allowed in the sauna. The use of clean flip flops is mandatory in common areas.
- Use a large sauna towel and preferably do not cover your body. This is the only way to achieve a satisfactory sauna effect. If you are going to take a sauna sitting down, place a dedicated towel under your feet.
- Take a shower and dry yourself carefully before entering the sauna. Do not enter the sauna wet.
- In case of cold feet, just warm them up (in warm water) before entering.
- Take at least 2-3 hours for the sauna. Do not exceed the recommended sauna time and take enough time to cool down, rest and replace lost fluids.
- Do not come to the sauna with a completely empty or full stomach.
- Always choose the lowest bed first and gradually move to higher, warmer beds.
- Always shower with cold water after sauna to remove sweat residue from the skin. Do not use soap and hot water, as the latter can cause additional strain on the circulation. Always shower last.
- It is recommended that you visit the sauna no more than once a week.
- We do not recommend sauna for children. The visit is only possible accompanied and under the responsibility of the parents or administrator.
- If you have health problems and concerns, consult your doctor before visiting the sauna.
Salt Room
The salt room is a special place where holotherapy – salt therapy – is performed. The floor is covered with a thick layer of ecologically pure salt, and a dry aerosol of rock salt is blown into the room via a halogenerator, which visitors inhale. The concentration of salt aerosol created in the salt room is similar to the climate by the sea and has a healing effect on the body. The therapy is completely natural and clinically tested, and suitable for all age groups. It represents an alternative for the treatment of lung problems such as: asthma, bronchitis and cough. It also has a positive effect on various skin diseases and allergies, and eliminates stress. The salt room is a sterile and hypobacterial environment and thus poses no risk of infection.
LET’S SALT OUR CHILDREN
What is a parent’s greatest wish? That our children are healthy!
Children spend half of their time in kindergartens and schools, where they are exposed to various external influences, viral and bacterial infections, and other infectious diseases. Take care of their good immune system and “oversalt” them.
In our salt room, we organize play and fairy-tale moments for your little ones. This way, they do not get bored during the therapy, as they connect it with a game or listening to fairy tales.
WHAT DO I NEED TO VISIT THE SALT ROOM?
To visit the salt room, you need clean clothes that you have not already come with. Shorts and a t-shirt are recommended, and clean, WHITE socks are also required. You can also buy special white socks from us and use them in all subsequent therapies. Bring slippers or clean flip flops.
HOW DOES THERAPY WORK?
At the first visit, we first discuss the purpose of your visit and any health problems you or your child may have. The amount of salt aerosol is adjusted individually according to the health condition of the visitor.
HOW MANY THERAPIES ARE RECOMMENDED?
There is no limit to therapies, but it is recommended to visit the salt room up to 3 times a week or repeat therapy every 48 to 72 hours. The number of visits also depends on the problems that plague you. Improvement can be seen already at the first visit, and optimal effects are usually achieved after the 12th therapy.
Duration of therapy (adults): 40 minutes
Duration of therapy (children): 20 minutes
Allow yourself plenty of time to rest and hydrate after each treatment. Relax your mind with meditation music and crackling fire from the hearth. Replace the lost liquid with our excellent teas and fruits, which are available to you during the entire visit.
